Eve Yi Chi  

Eve is a systems coach, facilitator, and founder of Vision in Cohesion, working at the intersection of personal transformation, organizational renewal, and values-based leadership.

With a rare combination of strategic clarity and psychological depth, Eve supports founders, teams, and communities in times of transition—helping them align inner coherence with outward action. Her signature “Reflection Pathway + Navigation Map” process integrates systemic coaching, deep dialogue, and group process to unlock transformation at individual, organizational, and societal levels.

Eve has built a 100% referral-based business model rooted in trust, intimacy, and deep listening. Her work takes place primarily in small groups, focusing on meaningful relationships and collective insight. She is committed to futures where human dignity, business integrity, and collective well-being are not just compatible—but inseparable.

With 19 years of international experience across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and China, Eve connects global insight with local context. Her background includes:

• 8 years in financial planning and team leadership

• 3 years in management consulting

• 17 years facilitating spiritual education and community dialogue

• 2 years in part-time family counselling

• Volunteer in end-of-life care, grounded in presence and compassion

She holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Master's in Computer Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Eve is also a certified Day Skipper (Royal Yacht Association, UK) — an embodiment of her lifelong practice in navigation, both literal and metaphorical.

Suzy Zhuang

Suzy Zhuang is a solo entrepreneur, educator, youth mentor, and purpose-driven facilitator who is reimagining what it means to accompany young people in a complex, cross-cultural world. With over six years of teaching experience in both China and Canada, Suzy has taught English and Mandarin to students aged 6 to 25, while also offering educational support to families navigating cultural and identity transitions. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and blends pedagogy with storytelling, emotional intelligence, and deep presence. 

As the founder of her own learning studio, Suzy works as a designer of youth development ecosystems. She helps students explore their inner motivation, values, and life direction—beyond academic performance or college admissions. At the same time, she works with parents, particularly within Chinese diasporic families, to strengthen communication, alignment, and long-term support strategies.

Suzy continues to facilitate inter-generational conversations, spiritual learning spaces, and vision-based mentoring through Vision in Cohesion. She believes that when personal growth and social contribution are deeply connected, education becomes a living journey across cultures, time, and the inner landscape. 

Her long-term dream is to publish a novel, walk across ten countries, and build a bridge between Chinese families and global education paradigms.
