Welcome! I’m Eve.

Twenty years ago, I began my career in the semiconductor and technical services sectors, working with German and US firms in Beijing and Shanghai for the Greater China market. Parallel to my professional growth, I began sailing - a discipline that has shaped my perspective. Since then, I have been driven by a twofold question inspired by the dynamics of both business and the open sea: How do we create environments where individuals can grow, collaborate, and contribute? And how can a person mature in a way that strengthens their environment - benefiting the collective while allowing for individual growth?

I later transitioned into "outside-in" consulting roles: delivering organization transformation projects across China, undertaking organization development projects in French- and English-speaking Canada, and facilitating leadership skills in multicultural settings. I also partnered with international NGOs on grassroots development projects across Europe, the Middle East, China, and Canada.

In 2017, after delivering a cross-border post-merger integration in North America, I pivoted back into BU leadership, focusing on scaling and coaching high-performing teams while taking on direct P&L ownership. For eight years, I had operated across 12 locations within two financial institutions, serving a global clientele in both English and Mandarin. During this period, I further integrated my diverse experiences - obtaining my R.Y.A. Day Skipper license, applying Bowen Family Systems Theory to business dynamics, and volunteering in end-of-life care to refine my practice of presence and empathy.

Building on these experiences, I now serve as an independent facilitator, blending lived leadership with an "outside-in" strategic perspective. I work at the intersection of strategy, finance, and human systems, supporting leaders as they navigate complexity to elevate both their businesses and their lives.

My approach balances pragmatism with profound conceptual clarity - results-oriented, yet deeply thought-provoking. Clients and colleagues describe me as comprehensive, cohesive, and willing to challenge with care. I notice what others may overlook and name what others may hesitate to say - at the right moment, in the right measure, and in the right way.

I earned an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and a MSc from Chinese Academy of Sciences. Based in Taipei, I work independently and in collaboration with partners across the globe.

Navigating life holistically. Living life is an art and a science. Each aspect of life is intertwined and cannot be divided into segments. The growth journey is to achieve the coherence of life as a whole.

- The value system nurtures the tree of life, much like sunlight and rain sustain a tree’s growth.
- The social system (close friends, the self-defined family, and the communities) supports the tree of life as its roots.
- The professional life and recreational life are balanced as part of the stem of the tree, bearing fruits, in turn nurturing our roots.

Personal Note

As an avid sailor and a former volunteer at the sailing rescue team, I’ve learned resilience and trust through the open sea. Life’s challenges are much like navigating rough waters—each moment brings lessons that shape our journey.
