Vision in Cohesion: From 0 to 1—Inaugural Annual Report & 2026 Strategic Outlook

Dear Clients, Partners, Facilitators, Community Members, and Friends,

Greetings!

Since the official founding of Vision in Cohesion on November 21, 2024, we have completed our first year of growth. Thanks to our collective hard work and your unwavering trust, we have navigated the challenging "startup phase" of a new organization. Today, I am proud to report our achievements from the past year and share our bold vision for the year ahead.

1. Core Achievements: Validation and Foundation Building

2025 was the "proof of concept" phase for Vision in Cohesion. We achieved the most critical goal for any startup: proving that our methodology has market value and that we can deliver consistent, high-quality results.

• Market Traction and Recognition:

  • Served 6 high-value paying clients (including 4 long-term "partnership" clients and executive 1-on-1 coaching).

  • Confirmed as a Guest Lecturer for the University of Macau EMBA 2026 program.

  • Successfully validated our model across borders, with projects in Vancouver, Zhuhai, Kunming, and global online communities.

• Unique Product Architecture:

  • Community-Based Delivery: Pioneered a group-based partnership model that transcends traditional 1-on-1 coaching, creating a "community-driven" prototype.

  • Established Delivery Rhythm: Implemented a stable ecosystem including weekly Office Hours, monthly Co-creation Groups, and monthly Facilitator Gatherings.

  • Intellectual Property (IP) Accumulation: Developed the "Life Coherence Assessment" and a systematic 8-module curriculum that iterates through real-world dialogue.

• Social Impact and Global Reach:

  • Supported NGOs such as the Colibri Learning Foundation and the Ruhi Institute, running 3 study groups and developing facilitators across Canada, Kunming, and online.

  • Established a monthly reflection mechanism spanning Canada, China, and Taiwan, fostering a culture of collaborative learning.

2. Key Competency Development

By iterating our learning materials and engaging in advanced training (Theory U, Case Clinics, WeValue Values-based Facilitation), Vision in Cohesion has cultivated three core strengths:

• Collaborative Growth Model: Proving that deep personal and organizational transformation can be achieved effectively through group collaboration.

• Scalable Content System: Our 8-module framework serves as the foundation for future licensing and the expansion of our facilitator network.

• Distinct Brand Identity: We are now recognized as a specialist organization that advances maturity within complex systems, moving beyond one-dimensional training or coaching.

3. Strategic Significance of 2025

The first year was about validation rather than just profit:

• Premium Positioning: Validated a high-ticket price point (five-figure RMB) for annual partnership programs.

• Customer Retention: Successfully retained core clients for long-term growth.

• Cross-Cultural Operation: Proved that our system can operate seamlessly across different cultural contexts (North America, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan).

4. 2026 Strategy: Establishing the Taiwan Hub

In 2026, Vision in Cohesion will operate through two distinct product lines, with a focus on B2B operations in Taiwan:

【Corporate & Professional Services: The Taiwan Expansion】

• Strategic Partnerships: Signed as a Bilingual Soft Skills Freelance Trainer for the LinguaLearn International.

• Community Leadership: Joined high-level multi-language communities in Taipei, serving in leadership roles to foster professional dialogue.

• Faculty Appointment: Delivering the University of Macau EMBA guest lecture in late May.

• Ecosystem Integration: Partnering with iCoach (Right Brain Coaching) and the Galaxy Enterprise Trainer Group to expand our delivery channels.

• Social Contribution: Appointed as a "Be a Giver" Career Coach Volunteer for 104 Job Bank.

【Vision in Cohesion Youth Division】

• We will continue to serve individuals and young professionals. Having identified over a dozen high-potential facilitators from our first-year cohorts across China, Canada, and the US, we are preparing for a phased scale-up of our youth-centered programs.

Conclusion Friends, 2025 was about "building credibility." 2026 will be about "scaling impact." We are deeply grateful for the journey we’ve shared and eagerly anticipate the breakthroughs that await us in the coming year.
